Happy Birthday to Me

Today's my 28th Birthday !
Actually, I'm not exactly very excited...i mean, i think only teenagers are excited about celebrating birthdays. After you hit 21, you somehow wish that birthdays don't come so soon anymore.
How did i celebrate this yr's birthday ? I went for a Japanese buffet with my godma, god-brother and hubby on Sat, supposed to go Palm Beach for seafood this evening, but somehow got very tired after today's Sports Day held @ Toa Payoh Stadium, so gave up idea & mom cooked 面线 for me instead.
I really dun mind not celebrating anymore...not that i wanna deceive myself abt getting on in yrs, but i'm just happy and satisfied meeting up with a few close frens and family members for a meal. No more expensive presents needed as well. I guess everyone has the buying power for ourselves nowadays, so it's really who that remembers which matters most. And out of the people who remembered, 2 are my SC frens and 1 JC fren...happy enough.
I think I tend to be very emotinal and nostalgic...as what one of my frens like to say, I'm very 滥情。I wish i can turn back time and go back to my SC days. I dunno why, but i really miss those days. And looking at the Sec girls screaming their hearts for their classes today, I really miss the Sports Day we used to gave. Unity was strong, all of us wanted to be the Champion Class, fought our way to get it...but at the end of the day, all are still close frens who spur each other on during exams. I actually still keep some of the notes my frens wrote to me until today....
年轻是最好的，什么都不用烦恼，唯一要做的就是把书读好。成人的世界太复杂了，很希望回到当初年少的时代。就让回忆陪伴我渡过这个生日。明年的今天，我又会怀念些什么呢？
