Can you Park ?

I'm in a super foul mood today. Allow me to vent my frustrations.
I was walking to my school car-park when something horrendous greets me..i saw that the front left side of my car was smeared..and scratched...the scars were rather deep...paint work dropped off...luckily the lights were ok. My heart bleeds when i saw the car being tortured this way.
The person must have hit my car when he/she was trying to reverse into the lot, or when trying to get out of the lot. Yes, traffic can be very bad esp during school dismissal time. It is actually rather hard to shift in and out...it takes SKILLS...but sadly, the person who hit my car today has NO SKILLS...
What makes me super upset is the fact that he/she just ran off like that. Talk abt responsibility. How to teach this to kids when adults behave this way ?
Pleeeeeeeesssssseeeeeeeee, don't drive if you can't park. Go and take some parking lessons before hitting the road. It'll do everyone some good.
